Participatory design: How to change clinical practice

Jane Clemensen is a Professor at Hans Christian Andersen Children Hospital, Odense University Hospital, Denmark. 

Jane has developed the research design: Participatory design for health sciences and has obtained remarkable results in how to change clinical practice using user involvement and technology.

Cases will be presented and discussed in the perspective of participatory design. 

Furthermore, Jane will also share her new area of interest "Compassion" - how do we stay human in healthcare with the more and more accelerated pathways and demand of documentation and registration?
