Researcher biography

Dr Dilki Jayasinghe is a Biostatistics Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Services Research, with expertise in melanoma epidemiology, statistical analysis using imaging data, and validation and application of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in dermatology. She completed her PhD in 2023 on statistical modelling of the natural history and spatial distribution of naevi (or moles, the strongest phenotypic risk factor for melanoma) using 3D total-body photography.
