This week, the government announced a huge expansion of telehealth, but some experts are questioning whether we have the infrastructure in place for this to work on such a large scale.

What does this change mean for us as patients? What are the risks of moving to a system with little one-on-one contact with our doctors? And, what resources do doctors and patients need for this to work well?
